To our Lacrosse Family and Friends,

The Fox Valley Lacrosse Club (FVLC), registered as a not-for-profit organization (501c3), operates with the mission of promoting the sport of lacrosse by learning the game, enhancing skill sets, building character and instilling sportsmanship in student athletes across the general Fox Valley area of Illinois.
FVLC fields spring Lacrosse Teams U7-U15 for over 250 student athletes who compete in various leagues and tournaments in our local community as well as throughout the Midwest.  FVLC also provides year-round developmental opportunities for area youth athletes through clinics, camps, and leagues. Unlike other "for profit" clubs in the area, FVLC has stayed true to its original mission to help grow the game and help develop young players by teaching skills and sportsmanship.  We are extremely proud of the young men who have been a part of our program , many of whom have gone on to play in High School and at some of the country's finest Universities.
To date, the club has primarily been funded through spring tuition, winter league tuition and skills clinics.  For the last three years the Club has not initiated any player fundraisers.  FVLC started with one team seven years ago and has continued to be successful during its short period of significant growth.  The Club has continued to flourish as a direct result of the passion and dedication of our families who volunteer endless hours serving on the board, coaching, and supporting the club in various other critical areas of our program.
As we head into our eighth season we are embarking on a fundraising campaign to raise our Club reserve cash levels, so that we can maintain the required infrastructure to match anticipated  growth and continued success of the Club.  We have a fundraising goal of $35,000 for 2015.  The funds will be used for continued increased expenses in the following areas:
  • Year-round Indoor/Outdoor Facilities Rental
  • Field Rental
  • Coach Salaries/Expenses
  • New Equipment
  • Athletic Trainers
  • Administrative fees
  • Club Insurance
How to give
We have designed a multi-tiered donation schedule that will allow you to participate at any level of giving with which you feel comfortable.  All donations are tax deductible.
We hope that you will be able to donate and help FVLC reach its fundraising goal so that we can properly position the club for a successful 2016 Spring Season.

 Donation Levels

  • Platinium $999 or More
  • Gold $500 - $999

Fox Valley Winter Shooting Clinic

Are you looking for your son to improve his lacrosse shot technique, power and accuracy? Then this shooting and skills session is for him!
Shooting is often overlooked when it comes to skill development for lacrosse. This skill series will emphasize the development of proper shot mechanics, shooting IQ and muscle memory through proper, repetitive practice.
Our winter clinic will consist of 7 90-minute sessions held on Sundays, starting Nov 1, through Sunday Dec 20 (no clinic on Nov 29).  This clinic will be held at Players Indoor Sports Center in Naperville each week from 730am-9am.
Intended for intermediate to advanced youth players in grades 2-8, this series is designed to improve shot accuracy, placement, release, power, speed and shot selection. We will focus on various shooting scenarios, such as shooting on the run, time and room, inside shooting, quick sticks, hitches, splits, X play, wing play, and other techniques.
This is a great opportunity to be instructed by Joe Edell, Former Division I player and current Director of Player Development and Coaching at Fox Valley Lacrosse Club.  Contact Joe directly if you have any questions about the clinic at
