Fox Valley Lacrosse

FVLC Travel Teams are an excellent opportunity to play lacrosse at a higher level than recreational or in-house programs.  Travel teams have the opportunity to play approximately 30 games through league and tournament play, with minimal out of state travel.

FVLC Spring Travel Teams will primarily compete in the Naperville and surrounding Chicagoland areas.  Currently travel teams at the U-15, U-13 and U-11 levels are planning to attend two out of state overnight tournaments in South Bend and Carmel, Indiana.  The remaining tournaments are local one day tournaments in the Western Suburbs.

Of those 30 games, Travel Teams will play between 10 and 15 league games all in Naperville and Chicagoland areas.

FVLC will field multiple travel teams at the following levels for 2012:
U-15 (8th Grade)
U-13 (6th/7th Grade)
U-11 (4th/5th Grade)

Scheduled travel tournaments planned for Spring 2012:

- Feb 20th - President's Day Tournament
  - U15 - Barrington Field House
  - U13 and U11 - Schaumburg Field House
- April 14th - Irogquois Round Robin - Columbs OH (U-13 and U-11)
- April 21st - Carmel Invitational - Carmel, IN (U-15 only)
- April 28th & 29th - Rip the Duck Tournament - South Bend, IN
- May 12th & 13th - Border Wars Tournament - Naperville, IL
- June 2nd - Tower Tournament - Western Springs, IL
- June 9th - IBLA Championships - Western Suburbs IL

* Not all travel teams will attend all tournaments and dates are tentatively scheduled.

Fox Valley Lacrosse Club participates in the Illinois Boys Lacrosse Association, the largest youth lacrosse league in Illinois.  The league is expanding in 2012 by consolidating leagues from the North Shore and the Northwest Suburbs.

FVLC Travel Teams will play 10-15 league games in the Chicagoland area.  Each team will participate in the IBLA championship (single elimination)tournament the weekend of June 14th.

- U15 (8th Grade) - A & B Divisions
- U13 (6th/7th Grades) - A & B Divisions
- U11 (4th/5th Grades) A & B Divisions
 

Practices will begin shortly after Tryouts and run from January through June:

Travel Team Fees for 2012:

$595 - Spring Fee
Includes the following:
- All spring season tournament fees
- Practices (50+ hours)
- Coaching
- Field Fees
- IBLA League Fees
- Uniform (Jersey, Shorts and Shooter Shirt)

*Travel, accommodations, and meal expenses for out of state tournaments are not included.

Multi-Player Discount:
2nd Child - $475
3rd Child - $300

+Fees are non-refundable after season begins.  An 80% refund is available prior to first game.
